Wrangler

More info
The Jeep Wrangler is an off-road vehicle that has been produced under various automobile groups throughout its history, currently under the Stellantis group, but has always been sold under the Jeep automobile brand. Historically, the car is based on the Willys MB, which was built by Willys-Overland for the US government during the Second World War. The direct predecessor of the Wrangler is the Jeep CJ. In March 1996, the new Jeep Wrangler went on sale in the USA as the TJ model. The new model was greatly improved on its predecessor, the YJ. Visually, it can be recognized from the front by the round headlights. The eye lights are located in the fenders. Compared to the YJ, the windshield is more inclined and the hood slopes slightly more towards the front. The TJ has a box section frame onto which the body is bolted by means of silent blocks. Unlike previous models, it has coil springs. The newly developed chassis is called Quadra Coil by Jeep, the wheelbase has remained the same. Like its predecessors, it has rear-wheel drive and a manually selectable front axle. The hardtop has been revised and is around 7.5 kg lighter than its predecessor. Its soft top is easier to assemble, more wind and rainproof and minimizes wind noise compared to the YJ. Its dashboard is similar to that of the Jeep Cherokee XJ. Airbags and ABS were available for the first time in the Wrangler (source Wikipedia).
